What does your typical Friday look like?

I treat the weekend as an opportunity to get ahead

I do my best to start my Friday with my usual morning routine

I do set my mental expectations at a different level

I know many people stop responding to emails after noon

I know I may run out of gas earlier than usual

Temptation of the weekend starts to kick it

I then think about my long-term goals

I then think about the people I admire in my profession

I then think about the hard work / long hours they put in

I then visualize myself completing my goals

I feel & taste my accomplishments

Then I push thru the entire weekend with a focused mindset

I see the weekend as a challenge

And I accept that challenge to be disciplined
